Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye, Pre-Shipment Export Credit (PSEC)

What is the Pre-Shipment Export Credit?

The Pre-Shipment Export Credit (PSEC) represents a strategic financing initiative offered by Turk Eximbank (Export Credit Bank of Türkiye), facilitated through our Bank, designed to bolster our country’s export capabilities and connect exporting firms through various financial channels.

The primary objective of this program is to empower exporters and export-oriented manufacturers to broaden their export networks and gain access to new markets by diversifying the range of goods and services they export.

Turk Eximbank provides essential financing to manufacturers and exporters during the preparatory phase in the form of cash credit.

As the Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye, our Pre-Shipment Export Credits are designed to support the diversification of exported goods and services, assist firms in penetrating into new international markets, and promote the expansion of outbound investments.
