Nuri Yasin Külahçı

Graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Industrial Engineering, Mr. Nuri Yasin KÜLAHÇI subsequently completed a dual Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting and Business Administration at Yeditepe University.

He began his professional career in 2003 as an Assistant Auditor in the Board of Inspectors at Finansbank A.Ş. He later worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte and as a Senior Manager at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), successfully managing numerous audit and consultancy projects for various financial institutions both domestically and internationally.

Mr. KÜLAHÇI joined the Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye in 2019 as the Director of Strategy, Organization, and Process Management. Since October 2022, he has continued his duties as Executive Vice President, responsible for Strategy, Organization, Financial Affairs, Budget and Cost Management, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Support Services.

Additionally, Mr. KÜLAHÇI has been serving as a Board Member of Kalkınma Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. since June 2026.
