Recruitment

Candidates for open positions at our Bank are assessed based on the core and role-specific competencies required for the position, as well as their alignment with the Bank's vision, mission and corporate culture. The assessment process includes standardized examinations, inventories and interviews conducted by hiring managers and the Human Resources Department.
