It is imperative that the interest-free banking products offered by the Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye comply not only with applicable legislation but also with the principles of Islamic law. In this context, advisory services are employed to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to underpin our products with the Certificates of Ratification formulated by the Advisory Committee.

Advisory Committee

In accordance with the relevant legislative provisions, stating that:

"Development and investment banks may fulfill their obligation to establish an advisory committee by procuring services from organizations deemed appropriate by the Association”, The Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye has engaged the consultancy services of İsfa Islamic Finance Consultancy, a firm specialized in Islamic law and accredited by the Participation Banks Association of Türkiye (TKBB).

Our Advisory Committee consists of Yaşar YALÇIN, Dr. Mustafa Dereci, and Assoc. Prof. M. Salih KUMAŞ.
