In the context of our buy-side advisory services, we offer financial consultancy to domestic strategic and financial investors seeking to acquire companies locally or abroad, as well as to international strategic and financial investors interested in acquiring companies or establishing partnerships in Türkiye.
The stages of our buy-side advisory services include:
- Defining the roadmap and overarching strategy for the acquisition process,
- Identifying potential target companies that align with the specified acquisition targets and criteria,
- Formulating the approach strategy for the identified target companies and initiating contact,
- Preparing and negotiating the non-binding offer,
- Providing support in selecting other consultants to participate in the process and ensuring their effective coordination throughout the process,
- Executing and coordinating comprehensive due diligence and valuation studies conducted in collaboration with other advisors,
- Negotiating binding agreements and the final financial offer with the sell-side, and managing the bargaining process,
- Offering advisory services related to acquisition financing (optional),
- Coordinating the closing procedures.
