  • In 2023, TKYB entered into several major international financing agreements. These include a €100 million "Climate Finance" loan and €10 million in grant agreements with the German Development Bank (KfW); a $200 million Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency agreement with the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC); and a $100 million financing agreement with the Islamic Development Bank to fund food security investments. Furthermore, a preliminary $100 million agreement was concluded with the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC), and a €50 million loan agreement was signed with the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) to finance SMEs in the earthquake-affected regions.
  • In recognition of its workplace practices, the Bank earned the distinction of "Best Employer in Türkiye", as listed in the "Great Place to Work Türkiye 2023 List." The Bank also ranked first in the 250–499 employees category of the "Great Place to Work-Best Workplaces for Innovation by All 2023" list. Notably, the Bank became the first institution in the Turkish financial sector to publish a Green Human Resources Policy.
