Satı Balcı

Born in Yozgat in 1966, Ms. BALCI graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1988.

She began her professional career in 1988 as an Assistant Specialist at Yapı ve Kredi Bankası, where she subsequently served as Credit Monitoring and Collections Manager, and Head of the Credit Allocation and Evaluation Department. She also served as a Member of the Board of Directors of various bank subsidiaries.

She currently serves as a Liquidator at Kalkınma Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş., under liquidation, and as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Kalkınma Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.

Since November 2017, Satı BALCI has served as Executive Vice President at the Bank and is responsible for Credit Operations, Treasury and Capital Market Transactions Operations, Subsidiaries, Corporate Relations, the Development Fund of Türkiye, and Credit Monitoring units.
