Seçil Kızılkaya Yıldız

Born in Konya in 1973, Mrs. YILDIZ graduated from Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1998.

She began her professional career in 1998 at the Industrial Development Bank of Türkiye (TSKB). Between 2006 and 2007, she served as an Assistant Manager of Corporate Finance at Oyak Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., and from 2007 to 2008, she worked as a Senior Credit Analyst at the Istanbul Representative Office of Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG.

Mrs. YILDIZ served as Director of Capital Markets at UniCredit Menkul Değerler A.Ş. from 2008 to 2012, and subsequently served as Structured Finance Group Manager at ING Bank A.Ş. from 2012 to 2014.

After working as a Corporate Finance Consultant between 2014 and 2016, she served as the Founder and Managing Partner at FSM Advisory from 2016 to 2017. 

She then served as Deputy Director General at Kuzu Toplu Konut İnşaat A.Ş. from 2017 to 2019. Since March 2019, Mrs. YILDIZ has been serving as the Executive Vice President for Investment Banking, Project Evaluation, and Sustainability at the Bank.
