Within the scope of its investment banking activities, Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye completed a TRY 50 million, 177-day sukuk (lease certificate) issuance for which Altınmarka Gıda was the fund user.

Continuing its work without slowing down in line with Türkiye’s sustainable development objectives, Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye completed, with Ziraat Yatırım acting as sales intermediary, a TRY 50 million, 177-day sukuk issuance for Altınmarka Gıda, the principal company of Altınmarka Group—which includes the Kahve Dünyası and Baylan brands and operates in the production and sale of coffee, cocoa, chocolate and bakery products.

Emphasising that the sukuk issuance represented important cooperation within the scope of capital-markets advisory, TKYB CEO İbrahim Öztop stated that the Bank continued its efforts to diversify capital-market products and bring companies in development-priority sectors together with capital-market investors.
