Name of Contract: Recruitment of a Part-Time Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

Scope of Contract: The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (M&ES) will provide technical support to the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) for the overall Monitoring and Evaluation activities of the Grant Program within the scope of the 2nd Component and 3rd Component (3.B, 3.D, and 3.E) of the Project. In this context, the physical progress of the sub-projects will be monitored, including the post-implementation evaluation process. Additionally, the M&ES will be responsible for reviewing and updating the Project's overall Monitoring and Evaluation Framework to ensure accurate progress of sub-projects toward their development objectives, expected outputs, results, and intended beneficiaries.
