Scope of Contract: Within the scope of the Project, a Procurement and Contract Management Specialist must be assigned to plan and provide procurement services to support the activities of the 3rd Component (3.B, 3.D, and 3.E), which will be financed by the Grant, and the 2nd Component (whenever/wherever applicable) of the Formal Employment Creation Project. The objective of the Procurement and Contract Management Specialist is to carry out procurement and project implementation activities for components 3.B, 3.D, and 3.E of the Project, ensure necessary coordination, and provide technical support to the PIU in implementing the 2nd Component. The Procurement and Contract Management Specialist reports to the Project Implementation Unit Coordinator.
