Name of Contract: Recruitment of a Part-Time Social Specialist

Scope of Contract: The primary objective of these consulting services is to employ a Project Assistant who will work in consultation with, and under the guidance and supervision of, TKYB and the Project Coordinator, to implement the Project. Specifically, the Project Assistant is expected to support the activities of the 3rd Component (Sub-components 3.B, 3.D, and 3.E) and the 2nd Component of the Formal Employment Creation.

Cancellation Reason: Due to the inability to finalize a contract with any candidates from the short list, the commission has resolved not to proceed beyond this short list, taking into account the evaluations of scoring and qualifications, and to conclude the procurement activity, and to issue a new notice under the same terms of reference at a later date.
