Name of Contract: Recruitment of a Part-Time Social Specialist

Scope of Contract: The Social Specialist will work under the supervision of the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) Coordinator and the Environmental and Social Team to support the activities under the 2nd and 3rd Components (3.B, 3.D, and 3.E) of the Formal Employment Creation, and will report to these units. The duties of the Social Specialist within the scope of the Project include: (i) overseeing the implementation of social impacts and risk mitigation plans of sub-grant projects, as well as monitoring all social standards and matters related to Bank-financed grants in accordance with the Environmental and Social Commitment Plan and Labor Management Procedures; (ii) overseeing activities related to gender and social inclusion.
