Ethics Commission of Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye

Based on Articles 3 and 7 of the Law No. 5176 of 25/05/2004 on the Establishment of the Ethics Board for Public Officials and Amendments to Certain Laws and in accordance with Article 29 of the "Regulation on the Principles of Ethical Behaviour of Public Officials and Application Procedures and Principles" published in the Official Gazette dated 13/04/2005 and numbered 25785; an Ethics Commission has been established to improve the ethical practices and culture of Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye, to evaluate ethical practices, to increase internal awareness and to provide advice and guidance on problems encountered in relation to the principles of ethical behaviour.

The Ethics Commission consists of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager in charge of Human Resources, Chairman of the Board of Inspectors, Head of Human Resources Department, Head of Strategy, Organisation and Process Management Department and Internal Control and Compliance Unit Manager.

Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye has set up an Ethics Hotline in order to take into account any suspicions regarding violations of the Code of Ethical Conduct.

In the event that situations contrary to the ethical principles are detected by Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye’s stakeholders, they can be notified by e-mail to the address. The information of the applicant is kept confidential.
