Capital Increase

 

On January 16, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye approved a resolution to enhance the placement capacities of the Bank, by exercising the authority conferred by Article 6 of the Bank's Articles of Association, and determined to increase the issued capital from TRY 2,500,000,000.00 to TRY 5,500,000,000.00, through a rights issue amounting to TRY 3,000,000,000.00 (120%), within the registered capital ceiling of TRY 10,000,000,000.00, with the entire sum be financed in cash.
