Artificial Intelligence-Based Applications
In recent years, artificial intelligence has evolved rapidly, leading to its profound integration into various aspects of daily life. AI-driven applications are now widely used across multiple domains, including text generation, image processing, content analytics, and decision support.
However, these applications introduce specific security risks. Therefore, it is imperative to adhere to the following security measures:
Refrain from disclosing any personal or corporate confidential data.
Sensitive data, including but not limited to national ID numbers, customer information, account details, passwords, and IP addresses, should not be shared with artificial intelligence applications. Such data may be processed by service providers or could potentially be shared with third parties.
Verify the credibility of the platforms you use.
When engaging with AI-powered chatbots, text analysis tools, and visual generation services, it is essential to evaluate the data processing procedures and security policies of these platforms. Data sharing should be strictly avoided on platforms that have not been validated for their reliability.
Review AI-generated content.
The accuracy of AI-generated content —such as emails, documents, or advisory texts—requires thorough verification. Such outputs may contain misleading information or may be designed for fraudulent purposes.
Exercise vigilance against AI-assisted fraud attempts.
AI-driven fraud techniques, such as synthetic audio/video and automated phishing efforts, are becoming more prevalent. Always approach such content critically and avoid making transactions without first verifying independently.
Furthermore, when operating on AI-based platforms external to the Bank's authorized infrastructure:
- Do not share any financial information associated with our Bank (such as account numbers or transaction histories) or any personal data about you with external platforms.
- Do not upload emails, documents, or messages containing sensitive content into these applications.
- Do not enter authentication credentials—such as usernames, passwords, or verification codes used in your banking operations—into these applications.
