Individuals can be victimized by fake campaigns, fake or hacked real accounts organized by malicious individuals using social media and all kinds of communication platforms.

  • Ignore the fake campaigns organized using our Bank's title and logo on social media and any communication platform.
  • Never click on advertisement links and never share any of your information through these links.
  • If you are tried to be contacted through your fake social media accounts belonging to family, friends or individuals you know, do not respond.
  • Malicious persons will attempt many types of forgery and fraud in order to obtain your personal information such as your card information, identity information, Internet/mobile banking username and password, and your one-time SMS transaction confirmation password sent to your mobile phone. Under no circumstances will this information be requested from our customers verbally or in writing.
